After registering with us, a physician or the office team can initiate a referral by selecting a clinical concern then entering patient contact information.

We will contact your patient will guide them through our software-enabled intelligent intake.

Our deep medical algorithms will derive a most probable diagnosis and personalized care plan for each patient. This consult is virtually reviewed and confirmed by a relevant medical specialist .

The finalized consult is sent to the referring practitioner within 5 business days of patient intake.

We notify patients to book a visit with their referring physician to review the diagnosis and discuss their personalized care plan.
